We're Recruiting Founding GP Advisors

We're looking for 3-5 practising clinicians to join HeAIth's Clinical Advisory Board and shape the future of AI-powered diagnostic support at the critical first moments of patient assessment.

Why We Need You

HeAIth isn't being built by tech entrepreneurs guessing what clinicians need. We're building this with frontline healthcare professionals who understand the reality of clinical practice.

Your expertise is critical for:

  • Algorithm refinement – Ensuring differential diagnoses and investigation recommendations align with real-world clinical practice
  • Workflow integration – Designing UI/UX that fits seamlessly into 10-minute consultations
  • Clinical validation – Reviewing AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
  • Regulatory compliance – Guiding our MHRA Class IIb SaMD pathway and Clinical Safety Case Report
  • Strategic direction – Advising on market positioning, NHS integration, and future development priorities

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a small, diverse group of actively practising clinicians with:

  • Frontline experience in A&E, GP surgeries, urgent care, or acute medicine
  • Understanding of diagnostic challenges at the point of initial patient assessment
  • Interest in healthcare AI and how it can support (not replace) clinical judgment
  • Honest, critical feedback – we need advisors who'll tell us what won't work
  • Time to engage – 2-4 hours/month for quarterly meetings and product review

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • GP Partners or salaried GPs
  • Emergency Medicine consultants or ST4+
  • Acute Medicine consultants
  • Urgent Care physicians

What You'll Get

As a founding clinical advisor, you'll receive:

  • Equity stake – Advisor shares recognizing your contribution to HeAIth's development
  • Real influence – Direct input on product features, clinical workflows, and strategic decisions
  • Early access – Use the platform as it develops and provide feedback
  • Founding recognition – Acknowledged as a founding clinical advisor on our website and materials
  • Network access – Connect with fellow healthcare innovators and investors
  • Potential involvement in clinical validation studies when we reach that stage

Time Commitment

We respect that you're busy clinicians. Here's what we're asking:

  • Quarterly advisory meetings – 1-2 hours via Zoom (evening UK time)
  • Product review sessions – 1-2 hours/quarter testing new features and providing feedback
  • Ad-hoc consultation – Occasional email/Slack questions (30 min-1 hour/month)

Total: 2-4 hours per month, flexible scheduling

Term: 2 years (renewable)

What Happens Next

If you're interested, here's the process:

  1. Submit expression of interest (5-10 minutes) via our application form
  2. Review – We'll review applications within 5-7 business days
  3. Initial call – If there's a good fit, we'll arrange a 30-minute call to discuss the opportunity
  4. Details & onboarding – Share full details about equity, expectations, and advisory board structure
  5. Welcome – Join the board and start shaping HeAIth's development

Why Now?

We're at a critical inflection point:

  • MVP complete (Q3 2025) – Core technology proven
  • Advisory board formation (Q4 2025) – Current phase
  • Product refinement (Q1 2026) – Incorporating clinical feedback
  • Seed funding (Q1-Q2 2026) – Raising £500k-700k
  • MHRA submission (Q2 2026) – Regulatory pathway begins

Joining now means you'll shape HeAIth from the ground up, not just rubber-stamp decisions already made. This is your chance to influence how AI supports clinical practice before the product is locked in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need AI or technical expertise?

No. We need clinical expertise. Our job is to build the technology; your job is to ensure it's clinically appropriate, safe, and useful.

Is this paid?

Advisors receive equity (shares in HeAIth) rather than cash compensation. This aligns incentives: if HeAIth succeeds, you benefit. We're a pre-seed startup, so equity is the standard advisor compensation model.

What if I can't make a quarterly meeting?

We understand clinical schedules are unpredictable. Meetings are recorded, and you can provide asynchronous feedback. We're flexible.

Can I leave the advisory board if circumstances change?

Yes. We ask for a 2-year commitment, but if circumstances change (career moves, family obligations, etc.), we can discuss an amicable exit.

Apply Now

We're only recruiting 3-5 founding advisors for this initial cohort. If you're interested in shaping how AI supports early diagnostic decision-making, we'd love to hear from you.
